Now that we’ve had a taste of the sun, we’re more than ready for summer. And with 24 acres of private grounds and some of the best of Gower’s scenery right on our doorstep, who can blame us?
After an eventful spring at Fairyhill, we’re excited to finally share our summer calendar of events with you…
Father’s Day – June 18th
After our Mother’s Day Sunday Lunch proved to be a huge success, we couldn’t leave the dads out! Show the most important man in your life just how much he means to you by booking a table at our award-winning restaurant and we’ll take care of the rest!
Our Sunday lunch menu is famous for a reason. Served with rich, homemade gravy and fresh vegetables picked from our 'Gower garden', this is a Father’s Day gift that certainly won’t leave a bad taste in any Dad’s mouth!
If a Sunday roast isn't what you fancy, you can view our full Father's Day menu here which includes the staple "Dad dish" of a succulent steak. With prices starting from just £25 for two courses, just make sure he saves room for dessert!
Plus, to make the day extra special, Father’s Day will mark the start of our ‘Summer Sunday Sessions’. You’ll be able to enjoy live music and entertainment on our terrace after your meal, giving Dad all the time he needs to sample our impressive back bar of brandies!
As you know, weddings are a huge part of what we do and our wedding showcases are not to be missed. The next date for your diary is Wednesday 21st June from 3-8pm. Register online or simply turn up; our grand old doors will be wide open,

Plus, you’ll also get the chance to visit our award-winning sister venue, Oldwalls Gower, so you can decide which one best suits you.
Life's a picnic...
We’re pleased to announce that ‘Picnics on the Lawn’ will be continuing throughout the summer months. The picnic offering is inspired by our signature tea menu and costs just £25pp.
There’s something extra special about enjoying our signature afternoon tea al fresco. We’ll pack your afternoon tea hamper up into a lovely picnic basket complete with traditional tartan blanket, so all you need to do is decide where to pitch up. Although with 24-acres of stunning grounds, enchanting woodland and glistening lakes to choose from, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
Live on the Lawn
Enjoy an afternoon of sophisicated live music at our Grade II listed house.
This summer we’ll be hosting our "Live on the Lawn" evenings with acts and dates to be announced soon! There’ll be a specially crafted casual menu and plenty of entertainment for all. Be sure to keep an eye on the Fairyhill blog and our social channels for more information!
New menu launch
As an award-winning restaurant, we’re forever looking for new ways to reinvigorate our menus and mix things up. As such, we’re pleased to announce that our brand new summer menu will be launching this month.
We’ve been busying ourselves in the kitchen for weeks, and trust us when we say that you’re in for a treat. Keep an eye on our social pages and website for latest menu updates.
