Our employees are the heart and soul of the Oldwalls Collection, and with the rise of the cost of living, we wanted to do everything we could to support them.


We've introduced a brand-new Pay Awards scheme, which offers existing salaried staff an immediate pay increase of 12% on average. In addition, our hourly staff can expect to receive a huge increase on their wages as we wave goodbye to the National and Living Minimum Wage rates! This means under 20’s working in the company could earn up to 56% over minimum wage.

What’s more, we’ve also improved our employee discount and benefit scheme, which includes health and wellbeing consultancy for our people, as well as juicy discounts on our fabulous products such as our rustic retreats.

It’s our duty to provide financial security to get our staff through the cost-of-living crisis. We are currently proud employers of over 160 - this is our largest ever headcount and still growing.
